About the Program

The program offers recreational leagues for girls ages 4-15, and select competitive teams(Olentangy Lightning) that play in 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U leagues. All are based on Amateur Softball Association (ASA) rules, with some modification in recreational leagues based on the age level of the players. All of the divisions work toward the goal of having fun while teaching the skills of fastpitch softball.

OUR MISSION
The OYAA Girls Softball program is designed to serve the girls and families of the Olentangy area. We are dedicated to building healthy, productive, confident kids by promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive values while teaching fastpitch softball in a fun, instructional, and safe environment.
