Membership and Meetings: Joining OYAA is as simple as registering a child in an OYAA Program. When a child is registered, membership is automatic for the child's parents /guardians. OYAA Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month. The meetings are held at Olentangy Middle School (814 Shanahan Road Lewis Center OH 43035) in the Multi-Purpose Meeting room and usually begin at 7:00 p.m. The meetings are conducted according to Roberts Rules and are open to all members. Guests are occasionally invited. Sub-committee meetings are held randomly and scheduled by the committee chairperson on an as needed basis. For more information, please email:.
