Today we made a very difficult decision to cancel our recreational baseball and softball season. We have spent many hours reviewing the guidelines from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) that require a number of modifications to practices and games to minimize the risk of COVID-19 while accommodating social distancing. Our greatest challenge continues to be adhering to the guidelines set forth by the ODH, as well as our inability to secure field space to facilitate a quality season in such a short amount of time.

We will begin to process refunds for division fees on June 1. Refunds should post within 7-10 business days. Please know that OYAA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. If you would like to donate all or a portion of your refund to cover costs incurred by the organization, please reply to this email by May 31.

PHOENIX and STIX – as our travel programs, we are still evaluating the season. We will notify you by Friday with our decision regarding the season.

We look forward to being back on the field in the spring 2021.
