Tackle Football Assessments

July 17, 2020

Dear Parents,

Unfortunately we are still awaiting guidance from our Governor, OHSAA, and Olentangy Schools on contact sports for this fall. Due to that and the fact that Delaware County is now a Level 3 (Red) county we are going to delay our tackle football assessments by 2 weeks. The assessments will be scheduled as follows:

  • Sunday, August 2    6p – 8:20p
  • Sunday, August 9    6p – 8:20p

Your sign up has automatically been updated to reflect the two week delay. For example, if you were signed up for this Sunday, July 19 at 6p – 6:20p you’re now signed up for Sunday August, 2 at 6p – 6:20p. Please review your sign up here and make any necessary changes.

All other information from the last update is still applicable and is posted below for your convenience.

Assessment Sign Ups  – In order to follow the ReStartOhio guidelines, each assessment has been broken down into 20 minute time slots. You need to sign up (sign up here) for your specific time slot.

·         Important Note – When you sign up you will see two types of slots available:

o    Striper Slot – You should sign up for this slot if your child is:

o    Non-Striper Slot

§  5th / 6th grade – Under 125lbs

·         Please weigh your child and make sure you sign up for the appropriate slot.
