Letter to Parents

Under 19 Boys Team
Coach: John D. Victory

To All Parents;              

      Hello my name is John Victory. I am the coach of the U19 Boys team that your son has been assigned to. I hold practices on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:45pm to 7:30pm at Community Park. I expect everyone to show up to practice to the best of their abilities. If for any reason you can’t make it to a practice please let me know as SOON as you can. Parent(s) should be present during practice at all times. If that is not possible parents should be there at least 15 minutes prior to the end of practice to pick up their child. On game days I expect all players to arrive no later than 60 Minutes prior to the scheduled game time. This is so the players can properly warm-up and I can go over any instructions for the game. If for any reason you can’t make it to a game please try to notify me by the end of the practice just prior to the game. I am aware that in some cases you will not know until the last minute that you will not be there. In these RARE occurrences please try to let me know as SOON as possible so I can make adjustments to the lineups for that game.

    My approach to coaching is a very open one. If you have any ideas for the team, or any questions about the team, whether they are about drills for practices, team parties or getting team coordinating apparel, please feel free to discuss them with me at any time. I am always available to the kids on my team and their parents. If you are not able to contact me you may also leave me a message.            

     Please remember that we must setup the nets for all home games. This is actually a large undertaking and I will need parents to assist me with this. The team will also need a $125 sponsor, this can be several that add up to $125 or one for $125. If you know of any business that may be willing to sponsor us please let me know. If we do not get a business to sponsor our team then the parents will need to pay the $125 for the sponsorship. There are also a few positions for the team that need to be filled prior to the team getting our uniforms.  If you are willing to help with any of these positions please let me know. Those positions are:
