2024 Season
The goal of the OYAA Volleyball program is to teach players fundamental skills in a fun, stress-free environment; to promote the great sport of volleyball. Additionally the OYAA Volleyball program works with the entire Olentangy district in developing players who will eventually play at our local Olentangy middle and high school programs.
Registration opens June 1; fee is $135 during early bird registration (discount applied at checkout). Optional Mintonette clinic fee is extra (read preseason clinic info below).

OYAA Night
Current players wearing their OYAA volleyball jersey will be admitted free with a paying adult.

Enrollment numbers and volunteer coaches' availability will dictate actual structure. It may be necessary to create teams with players from different grade levels. Requests for a specific teammate will be considered when possible. OYAA cannot track requests via email. Please include any requests in the player registration. Coaching Opportunities:

Preseason Clinic:
Mintonette Sports will host a preseason clinic on July 11 with a discounted fee of $35 for OYAA participants. Fee must be paid during OYAA registration and cannot be refunded or added later. Please complete your registration carefully.
Practices:
Each team will practice one night a week for 75 minutes at Fieldhouse USA (Polaris Mall) beginning early August. Assigned timeslots cannot be guaranteed prior to team formation; however, this season's practice days are Mondays and Thursdays and times are 6:00 or 7:15 pm. Games:
Multiple courts at Fieldhouse USA (Polaris Mall) with bleacher seating for spectators; mid-August to early October. Games are scheduled for Sunday afternoons except in the case of a facility schedule issue.

Jerseys:
Players' jerseys are included in the registration fee. Reference size chart here.
In addition to the jersey, players will need to wear black shorts of your choice and volleyball knee pads are highly suggested. Shorts and knee pads are NOT included in the registration fee.
